We are a long established practice with experience in a wide variety of building types, including social and private housing, healthcare, commercial, retail, hotels and licensed premises.

The current partners have brought to the practice experience of large commercial work and contractor-led schemes.

A considerable volume of work has been carried out on listed buildings and in Conservation Areas and the practice is skilled in realising the full potential of existing buildings and tight urban sites.

Current portfolio

Our current portfolio includes general and special needs housing, temporary accommodation for the homeless and residential care units, involving both refurbishment and new build, together with healthcare and high quality private housing, retail and office premises and a church.

Completed projects

Completed projects include a mixed development consisting of a primary healthcare unit, a special needs unit and general needs flats, a residential drug and alcohol rehabilitation centre, a care home for the mentally and physically disabled for Mencap and supported housing for vulnerable single people and the short term homeless.

Other services

We offer development consultancy services including site appraisals, feasibility studies, planning negotiations and appeals.

We have partnering arrangements with Housing Associations and also undertake projects on a traditional and design and build basis.
